This was some failing plaster that was cracked in multiple places. Repaired and painted, and you would never have known I was there.

A bathroom I did. Kept the old vanity and linen closet, but painted it to bring it back to life. The walls used to be paneling, we tore them out and replaced with drywall. Finished, painted, and trimmed out the rest of the space. New vanity top and fixtures.
